Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with a product or service, contact Heritage Timepieces AB first.

Please include:
- name,
- order number or enquiry reference,
- description of the issue,
- photos or documents,
- preferred resolution.
Heritage Timepieces AB will review the complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may have the right to refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or another competent consumer dispute body where applicable.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
