Warranty and Aftercare Policy

1. Commercial Warranty
Where stated on the invoice, product page, or warranty document, Heritage Timepieces AB may provide a commercial warranty.
The commercial warranty does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Warranty Scope
Warranty coverage applies only to the matters expressly stated in the warranty documentation.
3. Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- normal wear,
- cosmetic marks,
- scratches,
- patina,
- aging,
- straps,
- bracelet stretch,
- accidental damage,
- water damage unless water resistance has been confirmed in writing,
- magnetism,
- shock damage,
- misuse,
- unauthorized service,
- third-party repair,
- vintage limitations,
- disclosed defects.
4. Vintage Watches
Vintage watches should be handled carefully. Unless specifically tested and confirmed in writing, vintage watches should not be exposed to water.
5. Aftercare
Heritage Timepieces AB may assist with service, inspection, resale, trade-in, sourcing, and ownership advice.
