Returns and Withdrawal Policy

1. Consumer Distance Purchases
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from delivery, unless an exception applies.
2. How to Request Withdrawal
To request withdrawal, contact:
Include name, order number, contact information, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
3. Condition of Returned Watches
Returned watches must be complete and in the same condition as received.
They must include all boxes, papers, certificates, links, straps, tags, documents, packaging, and accessories.
The watch must not be worn, damaged, resized, serviced, opened, polished, modified, or altered.
4. Diminished Value
Heritage Timepieces AB may deduct diminished value if the watch has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping must be fully insured and traceable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
6. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to B2B transactions, specifically sourced watches, private collector arrangements, customized transactions, or services already performed, subject to mandatory law.
