Private Sourcing Terms
Last updated: 16 June 2026
These terms apply when a client asks Heritage Timepieces AB to source a specific watch or category of watches.
1. Sourcing Request
A sourcing request may include brand, model, reference, year, dial, metal, condition, budget, box and papers, service status, location, delivery preference, and other requirements.
2. No Guarantee
Submitting a sourcing request does not guarantee that a suitable watch will be found.
3. Private Network
Heritage Timepieces AB may search through its network of collectors, dealers, partners, brokers, and suppliers.
4. Presentation of Options
If a suitable watch is identified, Heritage Timepieces AB may present available information, including price, condition, documentation, location, timing, risks, and transaction structure.
5. Verification
All information is subject to verification. Availability, documentation, ownership, condition, originality, and pricing must be confirmed before any transaction.
6. Deposit
Some sourcing assignments may require a deposit. Deposit terms will be agreed separately in writing.
A deposit may be non-refundable if Heritage Timepieces AB has reserved a watch, incurred costs, paid a supplier, or acted on a specific client instruction.
7. Client Approval
No purchase will be completed without client approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and local charges are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
