Sell, Trade and Consign Terms

1. Direct Sale
A direct sale means Heritage Timepieces AB buys the watch from the seller.
Any offer is subject to inspection, verification, authenticity review, condition assessment, documentation review, and ownership confirmation.
2. Trade-In
A trade-in valuation is preliminary until the watch has been physically inspected.
Heritage Timepieces AB may adjust or decline the trade-in if the watch differs from the information provided.
3. Consignment
Consignment means the seller remains the owner until the watch is sold to a final buyer.
A separate written consignment agreement must define price, commission, net payout, costs, insurance, listing channels, and payment timing.
4. Seller Warranty
The seller confirms that the seller owns the watch, has the right to sell it, and that the watch is not stolen, pledged, disputed, or subject to third-party rights.
5. Payment to Seller
Payment is made according to the agreed transaction or consignment terms.
