Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping
Heritage Timepieces AB ships watches using insured and traceable shipping services where available.
2. Dispatch
Dispatch time depends on watch location, payment verification, inspection, documentation, and logistics.
3. Partner or Private Collector Watches
If a watch is held by a partner, collector, or third party, delivery time must be confirmed separately.
4. Insurance
High-value shipments are insured where available.
5. Customs and Import Charges
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and local charges are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery Issues
If a shipment appears damaged, the customer should contact Heritage Timepieces AB immediately and preserve all packaging.
