Payment and Transaction Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Heritage Timepieces AB may accept payment by:

bank transfer,
secure payment link,
card payment,
escrow or platform payment where applicable,
other agreed payment method.

2. Payment Verification

All payments must be received and verified before a watch is released, shipped, or delivered.

3. Third-Party Payments

Payments should normally be made from an account in the buyer's name. Payments from third parties may require additional verification or may be rejected.

4. Currency

Currency conversion costs, exchange rate differences, bank fees, card fees, and international transfer fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cash

Cash payments are accepted only if agreed in advance and are subject to legal limits, compliance review, and identity verification.

6. No Final Transaction Without Confirmation

A transaction is final only when all terms have been agreed in writing, payment has been received, and Heritage Timepieces AB has confirmed the transaction.
